True Front Splits Beginner - Not Improving
You replied "no" the question on whether you are improving your splits.
Cheer up! We'll show you how to test yourself to determine where the issue is, and we'll take care of it right away.
Plateaus are a normal step in the process, and it's here where your will power is truly tested, and where most people get frustrated and quit. But we don't want you to do that, we want you to reach your goal and enjoy it, and show off why not ;)
Understanding why this happens will help you move forward. First of all understand that plateaus are not only normal but necessary. During this period your body adapts to the changes you've been indicating it through your training. Plateaus also indicate that, if you are feeling up to it, you should change your routine, and take care of what's holding you back. And it's exactly this what will show you how to do.
Think about the reason you started training for a split, think about everything that this skill will allow you to do and think about how you will feel being on a full split, or lifting your leg at 180º degrees. Being on a full split is a wonderful feeling, and of course a full split will allow you to perform so many next level techniques regardless of your sport. So let's keep going!
Watch out for an email that will contain further instructions so you keep moving forward and achieve Full Splits!
