Mastering the Front Rack Position
Ever wonder which muscles are involved in a Front Rack? Here’s the answer:
Front Rack is a technique, which allows to place the bar in favorable position. When thinking of the front rack the following lifting techniques come to mind. Not having the proper Front Rack form, prevents many lifters from reaching their true potential. Years ago coaches drilled the techniques with naked bar or a stick, for many sessions. There was a belief that eventually proper technique will be established. Unlike standard relaxed stretching techniques commonly used in lifting programs, our program employs Zaichik Stretching techniques. Zaichik Stretching approach is different. Each muscle is targeted individually. At the same time using action vs action approach, stretch reflex is avoided. Avoiding the stretch reflex allows to eliminate the pain of stretching

Olympic Lifting Lower Body and Spine
Olympic Lifting is a power sport consisting of two lifts:
- The Snatch
- The Clean and Jerk
Both techniques require excellent flexibility, although it may not seem this way from a casual onlooker. The sport requires great flexibility in the hips, knee and ankles. Moreover, the spine, shoulders and scapula need proper mobility for the optimum strength output.
While Snatch requires an ability to squat deep, the Clean and Jerk also calls for hip flexors and upper adductors flexibility. Lifters are constantly surprised by the amount of additional weight they can lift, once deeper flexibility is developed.

Overhead Shoulder Flexibility
Since a downward arm movement is very powerful, many muscles work in various ranges. They all need to be stretched properly. Majority of athletes try to get the overhead movement by pulling the arm overhead or worst behind the head, as hard as they can. This is rather painful and more often than not causes chronic inflammation in various tissues, including biceps tendon and suprispinatus tendon. Our proven program isolates each muscle of the shoulder joint and of the shoulder girdle. Every muscle action is used against it's own action to quickly create space. The whole procedure is fast and free of stretch reflex pain.
