When someone says that they're looking for a back program, sometimes they are looking for a back bending program, sometimes they are looking for a back stretching program, and sometimes they're looking for a back pain release program. And there are also cases when, people are looking for a tilt program, such as anterior pelvic tilt or posterior pelvic tilt, where the lower back is too rounded or too straight. And every so often people ask for a program for their upper back, but what they are really looking for is to improve their posture.
